Q1: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally one 20ft container is requested as the minimum order quantity. 10Tons would be accepted, but with higher price. Different scents could be mixed into one container.

Q2: Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes. We could offer free samples, but the courier fee should be paid by your side.

Q3: What certifications do you have?
A: We hold BSCI and ISO 9001 certifications, and our products are accompanied by CE-RoHS, REACH compliance, and MSDS reports—all fully meeting international market standards.

Q4: Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes, we are a professional cat litter manufacturer with rich OEM/ODM experience. We can provide customized services such as formula R&D, packaging design (printing your brand logo), and product parameter adjustment to match your brand positioning.

Q5: How do you control the quality of cat litter?
A: We have a strict 27-step quality control process, from raw material inspection (screening high-quality raw materials) to production process monitoring, and final finished product sampling testing (testing absorption, clumping speed, dust level, etc.), ensuring each batch of products meets the quality standard before shipment.

Q6: What if there is a quality problem after receiving the goods?
A: If there is a quality problem, please provide relevant photos/videos and test reports within 15 days after receiving the goods. Our after-sales team will verify the problem in time and negotiate solutions such as replacement, replenishment or compensation according to the actual situation.
